Job Description- Experience in various market sectors including governmental, commercial, K-12, higher education, transit/transportation, and industrial clients.
- Develop design and technical solutions for projects.
- Lead research on building and zoning codes, and understand jurisdictional processes.
- Manage multiple projects, adhering to budgets and schedules.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and agencies.
- Lead technical presentations and contribute to proposals and marketing efforts.
- Support business development and client management to ensure a steady project pipeline.
- Participate in industry events and develop project documentation from conceptual to technical phases.
- Contribute to project specifications and assist in material and product research.
- Mentor staff and participate in activities that enhance our culture and capabilities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience.
- Registered Architect or progress toward registration (NCARB is a plus).
- Experience in multidisciplinary markets.
- Strong decision-making, communication, leadership, and technical skills.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and other software.
- Commitment to continuous learning and team collaboration.
- Experience with public project delivery is preferred.
