About The Job
The University of Minnesota School of Dentistry is accepting applications for a 60% clinical track faculty position in the Division of Dental Hygiene, beginning in March 2026. The School houses a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene program, a Master of Science in Dental Hygiene program, and a Master of Dental Therapy program. Provide clinical teaching and supervision in dental hygiene, contribute to curriculum development, and participate in scholarly activities as a 60% clinical track faculty member in the Division of Dental Hygiene.
QualificationsRequired qualifications: A minimum of a Bachelor degree in Dental Hygiene or a related field is required. The candidate must be a graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program, be eligible for Minnesota licensure, and have a minimum of two years clinical dental hygiene practice experience.
Preferred attributes: Master’s degree in Dental Hygiene or a related field, restorative functions certificate, demonstrated leadership skills, didactic teaching experience, demonstrated scholarship, and clinical experience teaching dental hygiene students; minimum of three to five years clinical dental hygiene practice.

Pay And BenefitsPay Range: $43,000 - $45,000 per year; depending on education/qualifications/experience
