Description:

We are seeking a full-time/part-time General Dentist to join our dental clinic in Minneapolis, MN. This on-site role involves providing comprehensive dental care, diagnosing and treating dental issues, performing a variety of dental procedures, and educating patients on maintaining optimal oral health.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine dental exams and cleanings.

Diagnose dental conditions and create personalized treatment plans.

Conduct restorative procedures, including fillings, crowns, and bridges.

Dental Restoration:
Perform fillings, crowns, and porcelain veneers for tooth decay.

Root Canal Treatment:
Perform surgical procedures for infected or inflamed tooth pulp.

Teeth Cleaning:
Provide routine preventative care.

Tooth Extractions:
Conduct simple or complex extractions for decay, crowding, or damage.

Dental Braces:
Provide treatments for correcting bites and aligning teeth.

Denture Repair:
Perform common restorative procedures.

Provide preventive care and educate patients on proper oral hygiene.

Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with HIPAA standards.

Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other team members.

Participate in community outreach programs and dental health education initiatives.

Qualifications:

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.

Active dental license in the state of Minnesota.

Proficient in diagnosing, treating, and performing a range of dental procedures.

Experience in restorative and preventive dentistry.

Strong communication and patient education skills.

Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.

Compensation:

Pay Range:

Full-Time: $180,000 to $210,000 per year

Part-Time: $90/hr - $100/hr

Sign-on Bonus:

$20,000

Relocation Assistance:

Up to $5,000 for relocation, including airline tickets and moving expenses.

Work Schedule:

Full-Time:
Shift hours are from 8 AM to 8 PM, with flexibility to work 40 hours per week within these hours.

Part-Time:

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 5 days a week.
