Registered Dental Hygienist

$3,000 Sign On Bonus

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team on either a part‑time or full‑time basis. As a key member of our team, you will play an essential role in providing top‑tier care to our patients, contributing to their overall oral health while working in a positive, team‑oriented environment.

• Perform dental hygiene procedures including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care
• Take and develop X‑rays as needed
• Assist dentists in identifying and treating dental issues
• Maintain accurate patient records and charts
• Ensure a clean, sterile, and organized workspace
• Build rapport with patients, making their visits as comfortable as possible

• Current Dental Hygienist license in the state of Minnesota
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for patient care and oral health education
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Previous experience is preferred but not required
