You will be working alongside world‑class dentists assisting in simple and complex surgeries and delivering top‑quality prosthetics.

We work with the latest technology in implant and digital dentistry to give our patients beautiful, healthy smiles!

• Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures, including surgery (extractions, alveoloplasty, single implant/full arch implant placements) and prosthodontic procedures (delivery and adjustment of dentures, implant crowns/bridges)
• Providing an excellent patient experience ensuring their comfort before, during, and after procedures
• Denture experience a plus (impressions, adjustments)
• Set up and prep operatories for surgery
• Clean and sanitize rooms in between patients
• Proficiency in capturing digital x‑rays
• Inventory/ordering - basic dental supplies and implants
• Send and receive lab cases in a timely manner
• Carryout sterilization guidelines
  
  Professional communication with patients, vendors, management, and team members
• Timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Take dental impressions and capture accurate digital intraoral scans

• Minnesota Dental Assistance license required
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Dental Assistant
• Minimum 3 year experience with oral surgery - focus on implants is a bonus
• Knowledge and understanding of prosthodontics - from delivering single crowns to full dentures, both traditional and implant‑supported
• Experience with assisting in dental procedures under General Anesthesia a plus
