We are seeking a Licensed Dental Assistant to join our dedicated team in Minneapolis, MN. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-focused environment where your skills and compassion will make a real difference in the community.

• Assist dentists with patient care, including chairside assistance and preparation of dental materials
• Take and develop dental X-rays as required
• Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-procedure care
• Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment, following infection control protocols
• Document patient care and treatment plans accurately in the electronic health record system
• Work closely with the dental team to ensure a positive patient experience

• High school diploma or GED required, along with completion of an accredited dental assisting course
• Active Minnesota Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) credential
• DANB certification or equivalent state jurisprudence qualification for specified tasks
• Current CPR (BLS) certification
• Proficiency in oral and written communication in English
