Order Center Lead

In this role, you will combine strong management skills with hands-on customer service expertise to guide daily operations, support order placement and recovery through phone and email, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to quality and care.

• Assist customers with phone orders and Customer Service-related issues
• Process orders and assist with messaging on outgoing wire orders
• Process gift card and subscription orders
• Maintain UPS tracking records
• Process credits on Customer Service-related issues
• Invoice orders daily
• Assist with training as needed
• Supervise staff in the absence of other support staff members

• Strong verbal and written communication
• Attention to detail is required
• Good technical knowledge including POS, Windows and Excel
• Ability to provide leadership training, delegate and motivate staff
• Able to work at a fast pace
• Demonstrates strength in employee relations and customer service
• Developed problem solving skills
• Ability to support and work as a team
• Strong time management skills
• Previous work experience at Bachman’s or equivalent work experience preferred

• Sunday-Saturday availability with shifts ranging from 7:00am-5:00pm. Rotating weekends.
• Increased coverage around holidays and seasonal business.

$18.00/hour
