Responsible for the overall cleanliness of all areas of the facility to ensure a positive member experience.

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize locker rooms, fitness equipment, and gym floor.
• Stock locker rooms with proper paper product.
• Report broken amenities or equipment such as toilets, showers, hair dryers, gym equipment to Club Manager / Manager in Training / Team Lead.
• Turn lost member property into Club Manager / Manager in Training / Team Lead via Baseline Fitness’s lost and found policy immediately.
• Customer Service: communicate and interact with customers (including coworkers and the public) in a way that exceeds the customer’s wants and needs.
• Listening: actively listen to customers, empathize and work together to solve the problem.
• Problem Solving: recognize and define problems; analyze relevant information; encourage alternative solutions and plan to resolve situations; seek additional assistance when needed.
• Diplomacy: demonstrate tact and skill in all interactions while using appropriate behaviour and language.

• Honesty and good work ethic.

• Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift.
• Reach and feel with hands/fingers/arms at least 75% of the shift.
• Climb, balance, kneel and crouch less than 20% of the shift.
• Talk with members/staff less than 30% of the shift.
• Lift over 100 lbs. less than 20% of the shift.
• May encounter toxic chemicals less than 30% of the shift.
