Overview

Responsibilities- As a Leasing Consultant, you will manage the leasing process for prospects assisting to ensure a smooth move to our beautiful community.
- Greet clients, assess needs, answer questions, and provide tours of the apartments and community.
- Process applications and prepare and review lease agreements and renewals.
- Respond to in-person, phone, and email inquiries, which includes providing leasing information, making appointments, and creating and following up with maintenance requests.
- Assist with resident relations, and other assignments as needed.
- Experience in leasing or other sales positions.
- One year of customer service experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Yardi/CRM experience
