We are hiring a Bilingual Order Coordinator to provide sales and order support for our Sales Managers in our Hospitality Division. This will support North America and Latin America.
In this role you will:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, mail or social media.
- Update customer/account information in SFDC during and after each call
- Respond and route website leads in SFDC
- Close quotes in SFDC once purchase orders are received
- Collaborate with RSM and ISR entering tasks, calls, and activity via SFDC
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
- Bilingual - Must be fluent in Spanish and English
- Familiar with product structure, bill of materials, routers, prints, etc.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to analyze a situation and define a solution.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Salesforce or similar CRM platform
- Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar video conferencing platforms
