Job Description
Our rapidly growing insurance agency is seeking a qualified professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. We are seeking an energetic professional interested in helping our agency grow through value-based conversations and excellent customer experience. If you are a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, then this is a great opportunity for you.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Offer additional policies to clients that fit their needs.
- Respond to inquiries.
- Review customer policies for proper coverages.
- Obtain a Property & Casualty License within 60 days of hire date (we will help with this).
- Excel at multi-tasking, follow-thru, and follow-up.
- Great customer service skills.
- Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
- Experience in sales, service industry, or retail is a plus.
