In this role, you'll manage order processing from start to finish, provide responsive customer support, and ensure accuracy in every transaction. Details:
- Pay: $26-29/hr ($54K-$60K/yr) depending on experience
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
- Location: Fully in office for training and then you have the option to work 2 days in office, 3 days outside of office (must live in Minnesota)
- Type: Contract only to start (at least 3 months guarenteed) with potential to go longer or permanent based on a few factors (performance, business volume, etc.).
- Process customer orders accurately through our e-commerce and ERP systems.
- Verify pricing, product availability, and lead times before confirming orders.
- Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and new customers, providing timely assistance via phone and email.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to the e-commerce platform and guide customers through solutions.
- Address inquiries regarding product specifications, shipping timelines, and billing details.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of orders, purchase orders, and vendor compliance documents.
- Assist in generating bid packets and supporting documentation for special projects.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and quality standards throughout the order lifecycle.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely fulfillment and resolve any order-related challenges.
- Liaise with vendors and contractors for scheduling, compliance, and delivery updates.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B Customer Service, Sales Support, or Order Processing
, preferably in manufacturing or distribution. - Hands-on experience with ERP systems
; SAP knowledge is a plus. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM platforms.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent communication skills with patience and professionalism when assisting customers.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
