Collections Specialist

TEKsystems is actively hiring for entry level collections specialists in both St. Louis Park and Coon Rapids!
DIRECT PLACEMENT OPPORTUNITY
.

• Follow established policies, procedures, and training guidelines while making outbound calls to collect on deceased debt.
• Meet daily collection goals and productivity standards.
• Maintain a queue of accounts with regular review, phone calls and miscellaneous follow‑up work.
• Conduct fact‑finding conversations with individuals to locate estate information and identify potential money sources.
• Establish payment arrangements with a sense of urgency and firm deadlines.
• Skip‑trace accounts according to established practices provided in training.
• Assist in special projects as requested.

• HS Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of customer service experience

Permanent position based out of Coon Rapids, MN.

Fully onsite position in Coon Rapids, MN.

The pay range for this position is $37,440.00 – $38,480.00 per year.
Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, short/long‑term disability, PTO accrual and holiday pay immediately.

This position is anticipated to close on Jan 23, 2026.
