We could be made for each other, ABS Laundry Business Solutions is looking for an Application Support Representative to join our dynamic team! ABS is the global market leader for industrial laundry software with an ERP software application, Oracle Analytics (Business Intelligence), and additional mobile (Android) and web applications.

• Frontline contact: You’ll be guiding our customers through any software challenges they may face, with the assistance of your knowledgeable colleagues.
• Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Use phone, email, and remote services to assist users in using our software.
• Provide Expert Guidance: Help users navigate diagnostic steps and share tips for effectively using our software.
• Collaborate with Developers: When an issue requires programming, you’ll work with developers to solve the problem and suggest software improvements.

• Exceptional Communicator: Personable with ability to communicate clearly and effectively via email, in-person and by phone with customers and colleagues both.
• Problem Solver: You should love tackling complex issues and be excited to learn new technologies.
• Team Spirit: Bring positive energy and contribute to making the work environment better, while growing with us in the innovative laundry industry.
• Skills & Experience: We value experience that shows you’ve overcome challenges, a Bachelor/College degree will be beneficial but not essential. Experience with IT (SQL) and logistics is a plus (bonus points for international exposure and laundry experience!).
• Languages: Fluency in English is required; additional languages would be advantageous.
