Call Center Representative - Customer Service & Collections
Location: Maple Grove, MN
Type: Temp-to-Hire | Full-Time | 100% Onsite
Pay: $20/hour
Join a dynamic call center team where you'll handle high-volume outbound and inbound calls, provide exceptional customer service, and support clients with payment processing and account management. This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers.
Key Responsibilities- Make 100+ outbound calls daily and manage 15-30 inbound calls.
- Verify client identity and ensure accurate account information.
- Explain financing terms, payment schedules, and account details clearly.
- Assist clients in setting up payment methods and resolving account issues.
- Perform collections calls for late payments and process adjustments.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems.
- 1+ year experience in a call center, customer service, or office environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type accurately and maintain attention to detail.
- High School diploma or GED required; college degree a plus.
- Proven work ethic and job stability in previous roles.
- Permanent: Mon-Thu 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | Fri 8:00 AM-2:30 PM
- Overtime: 1 Saturday every 1-1.5 months
