About This RoleIn this entry‑level role, you will provide high‑quality phone support to attorney clients. You’ll follow an established process to gather information, document responses, and follow up with potential new clients on a regular basis.
Compensation: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour with opportunity to earn up to $500 a month in bonuses based on performance.
Location:
Onsite: Brooklyn Park, MN – Pay starts at $20.00 per hour.
Remote: Pay starts at $16.00 per hour.
Hiring States: Minnesota, Georgia, Iowa, Texas, South Dakota, Kansas.
Terms: Full‑time hourly, non‑exempt position.
Hours of Operation: Monday–Friday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm CST.
Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to clients who are requesting our services
- Answer incoming calls from potential clients
- Provide accurate information to clients regarding their case
- Convey the benefits of the Premier Disability services
- Gather information, document responses, and keep a detailed record of all customer interactions in our CRM database
- Excellent oral and interpersonal communication skills
- Professional phone manners and a friendly attitude
- Active listening and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to handle client objections and de‑escalate challenging situations
- Ability to retain information and learn new systems quickly
- Ability to navigate and multitask across multiple systems using Customer Relationship Management software (CRM)
- Strong computer knowledge and excellent typing skills (at least 50 WPM)
