Quotations Specialist

Quotations Specialist at Graybar

A Quotations Specialist will manage the entire quotation process from receiving the request to submitting the quote to the customer. You will work closely with Graybar sales representatives, customer service representatives, customers and manufacturer representatives to gather all necessary details for accurate quotations.

• Prepare cost estimates of material
• Contact factories and manufacturers to obtain cost information
• Collaborate with sales and customer service representatives
• Build relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate quotations
• Compare manufacturers’ bills of material to identify and price differences for complete comparison

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of SAP and proficiency with Excel formulas
• 2+ years of experience preferred
• High school education required; 2‑year degree in business or related field preferred

Shift and

Hours:

Monday – Friday; 8 am to 5 pm.

Compensation Details: Estimated starting rate is $24.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
