Customer Support & Service Scheduler

Location: Eden Prairie, MN |
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM |
Type: Direct Hire |
Salary: $50,000-$60,000

About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist with strong experience in service scheduling, dispatching technicians, and order processing. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and enjoys delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle 10-15 inbound calls daily and manage 50-70 email interactions related to service requests, parts orders, and scheduling.
  • Dispatch field technicians, coordinate service repairs, and ensure timely delivery of parts.
  • Perform order entry, maintain accurate records, and escalate priority issues when necessary.
  • Provide world‑class customer support while meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 2+ years of phone‑based customer service experience (service scheduling or dispatching strongly preferred).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or SAP ERP systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong problem‑solving, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, shift gears, and work independently in a high‑volume environment.
