• Provide top-tier service by handling inquiries via Zendesk (email/chat) or phone, including order updates, product details, complaints, and website assistance.
• Track shipments, communicate with carriers, and ensure timely delivery resolution.
• Manage returns; provide shipping labels, check in returned items, and issue refunds accurately.
• Use various systems to record customer interactions, resolutions, and feedback.
• Work closely with the team and management to identify areas of improvement, analyze trends, and resolve recurring issues.
• Support the team in completing other customer service-related tasks as needed.

• Strong attendance.
• Prior B2C customer service experience required (e-commerce experience preferred).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional, friendly, and empathetic demeanor.
• Solution-based problem-solving skills with an ability to remain calm and proactive under pressure.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Adaptable and positive attitude, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
