Located in the heart of the North Loop area, we're seeking an Office Assistant / Customer Service Rep. to deliver exceptional service and ensure smooth online shopping experiences for our customers!

Details
:

• Pay: $21-22/hr to start + benefits (medical, dental, vision, etc.)
• Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday with a 1 hour lunch break
• Location
  :
  In-office 100% in the North Loop area of Minneapolis - parking pass is provided!
• Duration: Start ASAP - temp to hire on permanent

Key Duties:

• Manage customer inquiries (email, chat, and phone) related to orders, products, and website navigation.
• Process and track orders, communicate with carriers, and ensure timely delivery.
• Handle returns and refunds, issue shipping labels, and maintain accurate records.
• Use multiple CRM and e-commerce systems to document interactions and solutions.
• Collaborate with the team to identify trends, improve processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

• Must be okay with dogs-our office is pet-friendly!
• In-office B2C or B2B customer service experience (required); e-commerce experience would be amazing to have
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and in a team.
• Comfortable learning and sharing product knowledge.
