Apply NowWe are looking for Call Center Representatives to join our growing Brooklyn Park, MN‑based team. This is an entry‑level role that will allow you to learn best practices and become familiar with effective communications with lawyer clients. Call Center Representatives have the opportunity for long‑term advancement—all while changing people’s lives for the better.
About This RoleIn this role, you will provide high‑quality phone support to attorney clients. You’ll follow an established process to gather information, document responses, and follow up with potential new clients on a regular basis.
CompensationUSD 16.00 – 20.00 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to USD 500 a month in bonuses based on performance.

LocationOnsite:
Brooklyn Park, MN – Pay starts at USD 20.00 per hour.
Remote hiring areas – Pay starts at USD 16.00 per hour.
Full‑Time. Hourly, non‑exempt.
Hours of OperationMonday through Friday 8:00am – 6:00pm CST.
Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to clients who are requesting our services.
- Answer incoming calls from potential clients.
- Provide accurate information to clients regarding their case.
- Convey the benefits of Premier Disability services.
- Gather information, document responses, and keep a detailed record of all customer interactions in our CRM database.
- Excellent oral and interpersonal communication skills.
- Professional phone manners and a friendly attitude.
- Active listening and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to handle client objections and de‑escalate challenging situations.
- Ability to retain information and learn new systems quickly.
- Ability to navigate and multitask across multiple systems and use Customer Relationship Management software proficiently.
- Strong computer knowledge and excellent typing skills (at least 50 WPM).
