We’re searching for a Contract Digital Designer to support a growing digital agency team 15-20 hours a week. This role is remote but you must live in MN, IL, or TX to be considered.

This contract opportunity is perfect for a well-rounded digital designer who loves rolling up their sleeves and collaborating with other creatives. You’ll partner closely with an in-house designer to support the creation and refinement of full webpage layouts, along with a variety of digital and graphic design projects. If you’re confident in web design, enjoy iterative feedback, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this role offers meaningful impact and flexibility.

• Design and revise full webpage layouts with a strong focus on usability, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency
• Collaborate closely with an in-house designer, taking direction and feedback to move projects forward efficiently
• Support additional digital and graphic design needs as they arise (web, marketing, and digital assets)
• Ensure designs align with established brand guidelines and digital best practices
• Manage multiple design requests while meeting timelines and quality expectations

• Proven experience as a digital designer with a strong emphasis and design samples focused on web design, especially Wordpress
• A portfolio demonstrating modern, thoughtful webpage layouts and digital design work
• Comfort working collaboratively and iterating based on feedback
• Proficiency with standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
• Ability to work independently while staying aligned with the team
