Description of Job Duties

Assist a variety of external groups utilizing College property for their events under the jurisdiction of the Office of Conference Services and under direct supervision of a College staff member.

• Setting up tables, chairs and other event equipment, and removing the same.
• Helping external groups with using the College venues in accordance with a pre-arranged plan and consistent with common safe practices.
• May also include managing event attendees.
• Assist with other event management as needed by the characteristics of the event type.
• Serve as a distinguished representative of North Central College at events.

Must be enrolled as a current NCC student in good standing.
