Summary:Maple Lane Media is a premiere event production and web broadcasting company based in Minneapolis, MN. We are currently searching for a full time Project Manager. This position is primarily focused on managing audio-visual event production on location as well as doing technical work in the office as needed. A high level of audio-visual technical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot and learn new things is necessary.

This person must be very proactive, detail oriented and highly organized. MLM is all about teamwork both internally and externally, with a family culture filled with experienced people who enjoy what they do. For over 20 years, MLM has been at the forefront of providing the latest technology to our clients.

With a large inventory of state-of-the art equipment, MLM executes many outstanding events all over North America and beyond. We also have an internal virtual studio and manage hybrid events often.

The successful candidates must have:

• 5+ years of proven and verifiable experience in the corporate event production industry.
• A strong understanding of AV (Sound, Video and Lighting Systems).
• Experience working in a customer service environment.
• Attention to detail and excellent organization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work flex time as required
• Ability to travel throughout North America.
• Valid driver s license and passport.

• Assisting sales team with writing accurate proposals and final invoices.
• Act as on-site point of contact for client:
  Set up, event & breakdown.
• Manages A/V staff, contractors and freelance laborers at all event sites.
• Creating project targets and timelines that are translated to client and staff.
• Identifying potential risks and liabilities of projects and solutions to mitigate risk if possible.
• Assist in the creation of project Scope of Work (SOW) based on client vision.
• Serve as client point of contact for MLM technical team.
• Adjust scheduling and project targets as events evolve.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Clean driving record + comfortable driving a 26 ft. box truck
• Corporate friendly attitude and appearance
• Must be a team player
• Able to lift 50-75 lbs.
• Available to work evenings and weekends when needed

• This is a full-time position with salary (+ commission structure) commensurate with experience. Maple Lane Media also offers a comprehensive benefits package after 90 days including medical, dental and disability insurance.
