Position SummaryThe Copywriter develops clear, compelling, and on‑brand messaging that supports NMDP's mission to save lives through cell therapy. Transforms complex information into engaging stories and actionable content for audiences across multiple channels. Partners with teams across NMDP to craft copy that informs, inspires, and drives results. The ideal candidate brings strong creative instincts, sharp attention to detail, and an openness to exploring how AI and other emerging tools can enhance both craft and efficiency.

Accountabilities- Write, edit, and adapt content in English and Latin American Spanish for a variety of platforms including web, social, email, direct mail, print, and video, ensuring that cultural nuance and tone resonate with each audience.
- Turn project plans and strategy into compelling copy that reflects NMDP's brand voice and tone.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and digital teams to deliver cohesive and effective campaigns.
- Collaborate with content and translation partners to ensure alignment of message and tone across English and Spanish materials.
- Adapt writing style for diverse audiences and platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
- Apply AP style, internal brand guidelines, and Spanish language standards across all work.
- Incorporate feedback from internal stakeholders and synthesize revisions efficiently.
