Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year

• Provide on‑site leadership and oversight of daily construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within quality standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and internal project teams to maintain efficient workflow and sequencing.
• Enforce safety standards, conduct regular site inspections, and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and proactively address delays or conflicts.
• Ensure workmanship meets project specifications, drawings, and quality expectations.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, site documentation, and communication with project stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings, including subcontractor coordination and safety briefings.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers to manage logistics, manpower planning, and project execution strategies.
• Assist in project closeout, including punch lists, final inspections, and turnover documentation.

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Foreman in commercial construction.
• Proven experience managing projects such as commercial interiors, multifamily, healthcare, education, or renovation projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage subcontractors and field personnel effectively.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to work on active job sites and adapt to changing project demands.
