Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 per year.

• Lead onsite operations for multifamily construction projects from groundbreaking to final completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and field personnel.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Enforce safety standards and maintain compliance with OSHA and company safety programs.
• Ensure work meets plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively to avoid schedule or cost impacts.
• Conduct daily site walks, coordination meetings, and progress reporting.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and ownership teams.
• Maintain project documentation, including daily logs, reports, inspections, and punch lists.
• Lead project closeout activities and ensure successful turnover.

• 5+ years of experience as a superintendent on multifamily construction projects.
• Proven track record managing ground‑up multifamily projects such as podium, wrap, or large apartment developments.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and scheduling.
• Experience managing subcontractors, budgets, and timelines.
• Deep understanding of safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with construction management software is preferred.

• 8+ years of commercial or multifamily construction experience.
• Experience with projects valued at $20M+.
• OSHA 30 certification.
