Job Details

Core Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through project completion
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts to ensure successful project delivery
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure alignment and execution
  • Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract negotiations, and performance management
  • Monitor project financial performance, including cost control, change management, and forecasting
  • Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and regulatory compliance standards
  • Lead project meetings, maintain clear communication with stakeholders, and provide regular project updates
  • Collaborate closely with field leadership, including Superintendents, to ensure efficient project execution
  • Identify risks and proactively implement solutions to maintain project timelines and budgets
  • Support successful project closeout, including punch list completion, turnover, and documentation
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
  • 4+ years of experience managing multifamily or large residential construction projects
  • Demonstrated experience managing ground-up multifamily developments preferred
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with podium, mid-rise, or high-rise multifamily construction
  • Experience managing projects from preconstruction through completion
  • Experience with mixed-use or urban multifamily developments
