We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on complex commercial projects. This role is central to delivering high-quality builds, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring that every project reflects our commitment to craftsmanship and integrity. The ideal candidate brings over 5 years of experience with a commercial general contractor, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to keep a jobsite running smoothly from groundbreaking to closeout.

• Oversee daily onsite construction activities to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project plans.
• Coordinate subcontractors and field personnel to maintain schedule and quality standards.
• Maintain project documentation including daily reports, safety logs, and progress updates.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with specifications, building codes, and safety requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers on scheduling, procurement, and issue resolution.
• Lead onsite safety initiatives and enforce our safety culture.
• Communicate proactively with clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Manage project closeout activities.

• 5+ years of superintendent or field leadership experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction methods, sequencing, and best practices.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction documents including plans, specifications, and submittals.
• Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors and maintain productive working relationships.
• Solid knowledge of jobsite safety standards and OSHA requirements.
• Experience with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or similar).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a solutions‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to lead teams and maintain a positive, professional jobsite environment.

Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

The pay range for this position is $ – $ per year.

Eligible for bonus/commission; health insurance; dental insurance; short- and long-term disability; life insurance; 401(k) plan (3% contribution); 20 days PTO; 6 paid holidays; cell phone reimbursement (up to $85 per month).

Fully onsite position in Minneapolis, MN.
