A construction management firm is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee multiple Quick Service Restaurant projects in the Minneapolis area. In this travel-intensive role, you will ensure project delivery is safe, on schedule, and within budget. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in commercial construction, strong leadership abilities, and knowledge of construction regulations and methods.

Proficiency in project management tools like Procore or Buildertrend is preferred.
