Window Treatment Project Manager​/Estimator

We’re hiring a Window Treatment Project Manager / Estimator to manage commercial and residential window treatment projects from estimating through installation. This role combines pre‑construction estimating, project coordination, and field oversight to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on schedule.

• Manage window treatment projects from bid award through completion
• Prepare detailed estimates, takeoffs, and comparaison proposals for shades, blinds, and custom treatments
• Coordinate installers, vendors, and material deliveries
• Track schedules, budgets, change orders, and project documentation
• Communicate with clients, designers, and internal teams to manage scope and expectations

• Experience in window treatments, interior finishes, or construction project management
• Strong estimating, budgeting, and project coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills
