• Manage and supervise the entire lifecycle of construction projects.

• Coordinate estimation, bidding, and takeoff processes.

• Oversee project scheduling and ensure adherence to timelines.

• Monitor financial health of projects, ensuring budget compliance.

• Complete punch lists and facilitate project handover to customers.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a commercial construction project manager.

• Experience working with a general contractor.

• Proficiency in project management software.

• Strong skills in estimation and business development.

• Experience in tenant improvement and build-out projects.

This position requires working in-office each day, offering a flexible work schedule.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

The pay range for this position is $45.68 - $64.90/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Minneapolis,MN.
