Lead Teacher

Overview

Have you worked in a daycare setting, have a teaching degree, or are looking to work with children in a daycare/preschool setting? We are currently hiring both assistant and lead teachers for local daycares and preschools in the Minneapolis area 3-5 days a week from the hours of 8 am-5 pm.

• Care for children in the daycare setting, but you will not be required to transport children.
• Create and implement hands-on activities based on your observations of children’s interests and skills
• Document and share the special moments and important milestones of the children in your care
• Engage children by leading hands-on activities based on your observations of the children’s interests and age-appropriate development.

• Receive paid training and a Nanny Kit filled with age-appropriate activities and games that you will bring to childcare assignments.

• At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED
• Pass required state and company background checks
• Provide a record of the qualifying number of hours of experience and quarter credits per MN state requirements for an assistant or lead teacher
• CDA certified
• Received your TDAP, COVID, MMR and Flu Shot

Compensation between $18.25 per hour - $22.30 per hour
