Position: Substitute Childcare Aide (West Metro)

Location:

3405 Annapolis Lane N, Suite 100, Plymouth, MN 55447, USA.

We are seeking a SUBSTITUTE CHILDCARE AIDE to join our team at New Horizon Academy in the west metro area.

Substitutes in our west metro will be responsible for working at schools the Minnetonka, Plymouth, Maple Grove, Corcoran, and St. Michael areas.

Responsibilities
  • Be able to work 3-5 days a week from either 7:30am-4:30pm or 8:00am-5:00pm.
  • Have positive work ethic, and a team-centered attitude.
  • Be willing to learn and grow as an educator.
  • Enjoy working with children.

Previous childcare experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications
  • Meets or exceeds state qualifications for the listed position.
  • Has previous experience in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Must meet position qualification requirements per state department guidelines.
  • Can satisfy Applicant Background Study required by state regulations.
  • Can provide proof of identity and eligibility to work legally in the United States.
  • Has physical abilities to perform required job duties with or without accommodations.
