Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key and new clients to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, lead pitches and proposals, and conduct market research to identify business opportunities
  • Oversee cross-functional teams and coordinate with other teams to ensure customer success and overall account management success
  • Negotiate contracts, fees, and rates to close deals and drive revenue growth
  • Track progress, manage client budgets and billing, and provide detailed reports to leadership (Annual Planning and Quarterly Business Reviews)
Qualifications
  • Requires a bachelor s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven success as an account executive with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Expertise in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other sales management tools
  • Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
  • Understanding of the specific industry and market trends is crucial
Preferred Qualifications
  • Preferred Department of Justice top secret clearance
  • Adaptability to a dynamic business environment and evolving client needs
  • Driven and motivated attitude focused on achieving targets
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
