What You Will Do
- Support the Sales team in managing the day‑to‑day relationship with Target, learning firsthand how a global consumer goods powerhouse services a "Big Box" retailer.
- Assist with the technical "Item Setup" process, ensuring that product specs, pricing, and descriptions for new launches are accurately entered into retail systems.
- Lead the charge on sample management; request, track, and organize prototypes and production samples for buyer reviews and marketing shoots.
- Employ your creativity to assist in the setup of our showrooms, creating high‑impact displays that showcase our brands' unique aesthetics and shelf presence.
- Visit local retail environments to take store photos, analyze shelf placement, and report back on how our products are performing "in the wild."
- Help the team prep for crucial Buyer Meetings by managing supplies, organizing presentation decks, and ensuring all physical product mock‑ups are "pitch‑ready."
- Support the team with specialized data entry projects and quality control checks to maintain seamless operations throughout the sales cycle.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the broader goals of the Sales and Account Management teams.
- A genuine interest in the business side of toys and consumer electronics, with a specific curiosity about how global brands win at retail.
- Exceptional attention to detail; you should enjoy the "puzzle" of data entry and have an interest in how supply chains and sales analytics intersect.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to bridge the gap between creative designers and technical production engineers.
- Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced and dynamic work environment, handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
- A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively.
- Solid time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is a plus.
- Open to rising seniors in high school, undergraduate, or graduate students currently enrolled in an accredited institution.

- Must not have graduated prior to March 2026.
- Must be able to commit to the full 10‑week program, working onsite Monday through Thursday and remotely on Fridays, for a total of 40 hours per week.
- Must have authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship, now or in the future.
- Must be able to commute to the internship location for the duration of the program.
- Must successfully pass a background check as part of the hiring process.
- Paid internship ranging from $18.00–$25.00 per hour, based on education level.
- Hybrid schedule:
Onsite Monday–Thursday, remote on Fridays. - 10‑week duration (Summer 2026) | 40 hours per week | June 8th - August 14th
- Hands‑on experience contributing to real projects within a dynamic, creative company.
- Exposure to industry professionals, mentorship, and networking opportunities.
