DESCRIPTION
Maintain consistent communication and reporting procedures to client partner
Create and manage purchase requisitions
Approve and manage invoices
Create executive summaries for purchase requisitions
Support vendor management activities
Maintain a detailed tracker for all purchase requisitions, orders, and invoices
Resolve invoicing errors by working with Procurement, Accounts Payable, and vendor contacts
Support Client with additional operational tasks tied to channel programs and procedures
Role is located in Basking Ridge, NJ as a hybrid work position and requires client office presence Tue-Thur.
