The Sales Operations Business Specialist plays a critical role in driving accuracy, insight, and operational excellence within our global partnership alliance. This is a high-impact position responsible for performance tracking, reporting dashboards, and strategic enablement that supports one of the organization’s most important revenue-generating initiatives.
The ideal candidate is an independent, hands‑on operator and strategic thinker who thrives in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment. They will be an internally recognized senior on complex data and business matters, executing across three key pillars: reporting and reconciliation;
Performance Analysis and Insights; and Process Optimization and Compliance.
- Manage monthly, quarterly and annual partnership performance reporting.
- Own the revenue and cost reconciliation process for the alliance, which requires an ability to make sense of nuanced data.
- Support Finance and other analysts in auditing and ensuring compliance in all processes.
- Act as a trusted advisor, promoting simplification, structure, and measurable business impact.
- Performance Analysis & Insights.
- Translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations.
- Analyze product data, business performance and priorities to accelerate data-driven, revenue-generating decisions.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales to provide actionable insights that support strategic planning and forecasting.
- Process Optimization & Compliance.
- Drive adoption of tools and processes by planning priorities and supporting rollout and enablement.
- Identify and drive business improvement initiatives, from conception through execution.
- Work closely with Product and IT, Finance to streamline processes.
- Leverage and implement standardized processes, systems, and tools to ensure consistency across the engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis, reporting, business operations, or sales operations.
- Strong technical and analytical skills; experience with SQL, Excel, Tableau, and enterprise financial systems (e.g., Salesforce, Harmony, SAP).
- Proven ability to analyze complex data, generate insights, and influence strategic decisions.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated success working independently and delivering in a matrixed, global organization.
