We’ve partnered with a rapidly expanding financial services platform seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to guide new relationships from agreement through activation. This role sits at the center of client experience, compliance, and operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage onboarding pipelines and documentation
- Partner with compliance and operations teams
- Communicate requirements and timelines to clients
- Track progress in CRM systems
- Ensure successful account activation
- 1+ years in financial services support, onboarding, or operations
- Highly organized with strong deadline management
- CRM experience preferred
