The Opportunity:

TIMAB USA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Industrial Minerals Sales Manager to spearhead our growth within the North American market. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in developing and expanding our business footprint across the region. You won't be on this journey alone - you'll have the full support of our dedicated technical, marketing, logistics, and quality teams.

What You'll Do:
  • Drive business development and expansion within your designated North American territory.
  • Become a market expert by analyzing and monitoring key trends, including technical advancements, the competitive landscape, potential clients, raw material costs, and relevant regulatory changes.
  • Nurture and grow our existing client relationships through proactive engagement and strategic networking.
  • Negotiate and secure mutually beneficial commercial contracts, ensuring optimal supply solutions for our valued customers.
  • Orchestrate the complete order and delivery process, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities and customer interactions within our CRM system.
  • Participate in a comprehensive onboarding program designed to equip you with in-depth knowledge of our products and markets.
What You'll Bring:
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a technical field such as Chemistry, Natural Sciences, or Mechanical Engineering (or a related discipline) is preferred.
  • A proven track record of success in technical sales within the industrial, chemical, or commodities sectors is essential.
  • For candidates with a business/sales degree, a strong technical aptitude and demonstrable experience in technical sales are critical.
  • Key to your success will be a strong field presence, adaptability in a dynamic market, persuasive communication skills, tenacity in achieving goals, and a blend of technical and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills are a must.
  • You must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • A willingness to travel nationally and internationally up to 30-40% of the time is required.
