Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, hybrid role based in Minneapolis, MN for a Business Development professional. The role includes identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic outreach plans, and dishing out countless positive first impressions of the agency. You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with potential clients, collaborating with the team on lead nurturing strategies, and contributing to the growth and success of the agency.
This role offers a competitive base salary + an uncapped commission structure, as well as benefits for full time employees.
Qualifications- Demonstrated experience of 2+ years in a Sales / Business Development role
- Strong skills in Sales and Strategy
- Experience in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
- Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work on-site a minimum of 2 days per week in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Proven ability to strategize and execute successful business growth initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred, but not required.
- Experience in branding, marketing, or agency environments is a strong advantage
