- Proven track record in scaling enablement functions within a global SaaS organization
- Extensive experience using Highspot to develop impactful learning programs
- Ability to manage cross-functional alignment and navigate "active dissent"
- Advanced understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design frameworks
- Experience deploying sales methodologies effectively
- Proven success in driving transformation during periods of significant growth
