What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Define and execute the multi-year enablement roadmap, ensuring global consistency in program design
  • Serve as an enablement liaison to C-Suite and Revenue Leadership, aligning enablement outcomes with business goals
  • Drive organizational adoption of new tools and processes, integrating initiatives into daily operations
  • Develop a measurement framework to assess behavioral change and revenue impact
  • Lead and mentor a team of Senior Enablement Managers to support field success
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Enablement or Learning & Development (L&D), with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record in scaling enablement functions within a global SaaS organization
  • Extensive experience using Highspot to develop impactful learning programs
  • Ability to manage cross-functional alignment and navigate "active dissent"
  • Advanced understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design frameworks
