We are looking for a detail-oriented Inside Sales Coordinator to help manage bid activity, track due dates, and identify new project opportunities — allowing senior leadership to stay focused on customer relationships.
What You’ll Do- Monitor the shared sales inbox
- Log bid requests as Project Opportunities in Zoho CRM
- Track bid due dates and ensure nothing is missed
- Coordinate pricing requests with manufacturers
- Identify new bid opportunities using Construct Connect, Insight, Builders Exchange
, and similar tools - Maintain clean, accurate CRM data
- Escalate issues only when judgment or relationship input is required
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Clear, professional written communication
- Comfort working in a CRM (Zoho experience a plus)
- Experience in construction, architecture, engineering, or building products
- Familiarity with commercial bidding or preconstruction
- Experience using project intelligence platforms such as Construct Connect, Insight, Builders Exchange, Dodge, or similar tools
- $22–$28 per hour
, based on experience - Part-time to start (15–25 hours per week)
- Flexible schedule with opportunity to grow the role over time
This role plays a key part in protecting customer trust by ensuring bids are tracked and submitted on time — while also helping uncover new opportunities to pursue. It’s an ideal role for someone who enjoys organization, coordination, and supporting a growing sales operation.
