T.Fin Glass + Glazing is a manufacturer representative firm supporting architects and commercial glazing contractors across MN, IA, ND, SD, WI, and NE. We represent industry-leading manufacturers including YKK AP, Press Glass North America, VELUX Commercial, Tec Fire North America, Livers Bronze, Ellison Bronze, Linel and W&W Insight Glass
.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Inside Sales Coordinator to help manage bid activity, track due dates, and identify new project opportunities — allowing senior leadership to stay focused on customer relationships.

What You’ll Do
  • Monitor the shared sales inbox
  • Log bid requests as Project Opportunities in Zoho CRM
  • Track bid due dates and ensure nothing is missed
  • Coordinate pricing requests with manufacturers
  • Identify new bid opportunities using Construct Connect, Insight, Builders Exchange
    , and similar tools
  • Maintain clean, accurate CRM data
  • Escalate issues only when judgment or relationship input is required
What We’re Looking For Required
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Clear, professional written communication
  • Comfort working in a CRM (Zoho experience a plus)
Preferred
  • Experience in construction, architecture, engineering, or building products
  • Familiarity with commercial bidding or preconstruction
  • Experience using project intelligence platforms such as Construct Connect, Insight, Builders Exchange, Dodge, or similar tools
Compensation & Schedule
  • $22–$28 per hour
    , based on experience
  • Part-time to start (15–25 hours per week)
  • Flexible schedule with opportunity to grow the role over time
