Operations Manager, Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Insight Global is seeking an Operations Scheduler to support the Greater Newport, MN or White Bear Lake, MN areas.
Base Pay Range$35.00/hr – $70.00/hr

RequirementsYou will strategically prioritize work and determine resource assignments to proactively plan and align a multi‑week, rolling schedule to ensure work is performed on‑time and within the specified customer, compliance, safety and operational performance metrics. You will maintain a holistic view of work, identify and recommend solutions for resolving work capacity issues, and build & maintain a 0‑12+ week book of work to hand off a prioritized, compliant, executable 2‑week schedule to the Work Coordination function for final adjustment and execution by field teams for each designated region, function and/or commodity area.
RequiredSkills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- 3‑7 years of experience
- Background in construction, design, maintenance or other operations area
- Proficiency with Excel
- Ability to use software applications including Work Management, Mapping and Scheduling tools
- Utility Scheduling/Planning experience
- Proficiency with Share Point
- Proficiency with SAP
- Project Management background
- Experience with Power BI
- 3‑7 years of experience - $35‑45/hr
- 7‑12 years of experience: $45‑70/hr
- 2‑week onsite training (Mon‑Fri)
