The Job

As a Segmentation Strategist on the Enterprise Segmentation team, you will support the development and execution of enterprise and pyramid‑level segmentation strategies that inform assortment, pricing, space, and inventory decisions. In this role, you will become a subject matter expert in guest, market, and performance data—translating insights into clear strategies and recommendations that influence merchant and enterprise decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of enterprise and pyramid‑level segmentation strategies that inform assortment and merchandising decisions
  • Analyze and synthesize guest, market, and financial data to deliver actionable insights and recommendations
  • Partner closely with Buying, Planning, Inventory, Space & Presentation, Insights, Assortment Planning, and Stores to embed segmentation insights into core business routines
  • Centralize insights from multiple data sources and teams to provide a clear, holistic point of view for partners
  • Develop clear, compelling data visualizations and narratives to communicate insights, risks, and opportunities
  • Track and communicate the impact of recommendations using key performance indicators such as market share, assortment productivity, and profitability
  • Adapt to changing priorities and ambiguity while maintaining focus on business outcomes and deadlines.
About You
  • Four‑year degree in Business, Merchandising, Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Merchandising, Planning, Category Management, Strategy/Consulting, Consumer or Guest Insights, or related roles
