Job Description
As the Senior Manager in Customer Strategy and Integration, you’ll bring the customer voice to partners’ strategies and identify opportunities to deliver long‑term value and achieve business goals. You’ll develop customer strategies leveraging primary and secondary research, behavioral, operational and performance data, and more to provide trusted perspectives on our customers. You’ll also partner to integrate those insights and strategies into business strategies as well as contribute to evolving our enterprise customer strategy and annual strategic planning process.
This role ultimately illuminates actionable insights and guides customer strategies to impact the business at Best Buy at the enterprise level.
This role is hybrid, meaning you will work some days at our corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota, and some days virtually from home or another non‑Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.
What you’ll do- Develop customer strategy deliverables that align to enterprise vision, strategy, and long‑range plans
- Drive stakeholder alignment through effective scoping, identifying cross‑functional partners and facilitating effective meetings
- Partner with internal data, analytics and research partners and/or external vendors to develop strategic outputs
- Influence and support business owners in the integration of customer insights and strategies, including informing plans and roadmaps
- Contribute to the development and evolution of our enterprise customer strategy and develop executive, officer and board‑of‑director level briefings
- 5 or more years of experience in a strategic or customer insights role
- 3 or more years of experience identifying and analyzing data to generate concise insights
- 3 or more years of experience working with large corporate organizations (directly or indirectly)
- 3 or more years of experience influencing business and senior‑level stakeholders
- Strong business acumen with a customer‑led mindset
- Experience in customer experience, research or insights
- Understanding of change management and change leadership
- Understanding of Human Centered Design (HCD) or design thinking
- Advanced PowerPoint skills
