A global company specializing in engagement solutions for Fortune 500 businesses seeks a Director of Business Development with a stable career history and a blend of strategic and tactical sales skills. Must be available to work from the office at least 3 days per week and reside in the greater Minneapolis area.

• Identify potential accounts and develop an account entry strategy.
• Conduct prospecting campaigns and build relationships, understanding customers’ critical business strategies.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create solutions that achieve customer business objectives.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of direct B2B sales experience calling on Fortune 1000 companies.
• Large volume sales experience ($250,000+ per sale).
• Clear history of new business development selling professional services.
• Experience with sales cycles ranging from three to twelve months.
• Track record of increasing revenue through lead generation.
• History of career stability – no more than three jobs in the last ten years.
• Compensation derived through highly leveraged commissions and bonuses.

Compensation is not capped and is based on performance. Offering a base salary of $140,000 plus commission and a bonus tied to fiscal‑year revenue production and profitability.
