* What You’ll Do:

*** Perform maintenance and repair work as outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately
* Diagnose vehicle issues and recommend necessary repairs
* Conduct road tests to verify quality of work
* Follow all safety and quality standards
* Document work performed and time spent in our repair systems
* Maintain a clean and organized work area daily
* Keep up with Audi and ASE training and certifications
* Collaborate effectively with service advisors and fellow technicians
* Maintain high standards of personal appearance and uniform as outlined

* What We’re Looking For:

*** 3–5 years of hands-on automotive repair experience
* Audi factory certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
* Minimum of 3 current ASE certifications (ASE Master Tech strongly preferred)
* Proven ability to perform unsupervised repairs in areas such as:  + Maintenance Services  + Engine Repair  + Suspension & Steering  + Brakes  + Electrical Systems  + Heating & A/C  + (Optional) Drivability Diagnosis
* Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Personal toolset appropriate for the role

* Wellness Programs This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes:
Flat Rate and Production bonus role ranging from $22-28 DOE, and bonus incentives total comp to not exceed $70,000
