• $60,000 - $120,000 per year based on previous experience and qualifications

Freeway Ford is hiring an experienced Ford Automotive Service Technician to expand our service department. This is a union position offering excellent benefits, job security, and a professional shop environment. In this role, you will handle diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance with precision while staying current on Ford’s latest technologies and standards.

• Perform repairs and maintenance with accuracy and efficiency following Ford and dealership guidelines
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic equipment
• Test‑drive vehicles to confirm concerns and verify repairs
• Document repair findings and recommendations thoroughly on repair orders
• Complete warranty work to manufacturer specifications
• Stay up to date with Ford training, including STARS requirements
• Maintain compliance with dealership safety and operating procedures
• Represent Freeway Ford professionally with a strong customer‑first attitude

• Minimum 1 year of professional automotive repair experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• ASE certifications or Ford STARS training preferred
• Must own a complete set of tools and a toolbox
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required
• Skilled in diagnosing and repairing both mechanical and electrical systems
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with a professional demeanor
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and motivated to grow in a fast‑paced environment
