Automotive Service Advisor

• Welcome and assist service customers with professionalism and warmth
• Accurately document vehicle concerns, maintenance needs, and recommended services
• Review multi‑point inspections and clearly communicate findings to customers
• Coordinate repair orders with technicians, parts, and warranty teams for efficiency
• Provide timely updates, secure approvals, and review invoices upon delivery
• Recommend maintenance and repair services that meet Ford OEM standards
• Consistently meet or exceed departmental goals for CSI, HPRO, and ELR

• Previous Service Advisor or Service Writer experience (1–3+ years preferred)
• Familiarity with dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds, or Dealer track)
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Solid automotive knowledge and the ability to translate technical details clearly
• A team‑first attitude with a professional and dependable work ethic
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Compensation:$48,000 – $180,000 annually (based on experience and performance)
